Here is a well-structured 7-day itinerary for a safari starting and ending in Entebbe, covering Murchison Falls, Queen Elizabeth, Kalinzu, and Ruhija (Bwindi).
Entebbe → Murchison → Queen Elizabeth → Kalinzu → Ruhija → Entebbe

Day 01 :

Entebbe → Murchison Falls National Park

Early pickup from Entebbe/Kampala.
Drive north to Murchison Falls (approx. 5–6 hrs.).
En-route stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary (for rhino tracking).
Enter the park and visit the Top of the Falls.
Evening relaxation at lodge
Overnight: Nkundwa safari lodge

Day 02 :

Murchison Falls — Game Drive & Boat Safari

Early morning game drive in the northern sector: lions, giraffes, elephants, leopards, buffaloes.
Afternoon boat cruise on the Nile to the base of the falls.
Optional hike to the top of the falls.
Overnight: Nkundwa safari lodge

Day 03 :

Murchison → Queen Elizabeth National Park

Early departure.
Long scenic drive southwest to Queen Elizabeth (approx. 7–8 hrs).
Pass through Hoima and Fort Portal with views of tea plantations.
Evening game drive in Kasenyi plains if time allows.
Overnight: Bush lodge [ tented lodge]

Day 04 :

Queen Elizabeth — Game Drive & Kazinga Channel

Morning game drive in Kasenyi.
Afternoon boat safari on Kazinga Channel (hippos, buffalo, elephants, crocodiles, abundant birds).
Drive to Kalinzu area.
Overnight: Bush lodge [ tented camp]

Day 05 :

Kalinzu Chimpanzee Tracking → Transfer to Ruhija (Bwindi)

Early morning chimpanzee tracking in Kalinzu Forest.
After lunch, drive to Ruhija sector, Bwindi Impenetrable NP (approx. 3–4 hrs. via Ishasha or Kabale).
Optional short village walk.
Overnight: Gorilla mist lodge.
